Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how NexoPixel (nexopixel.com) handles information when you visit our website and use our browser-based image tools.

1. Local Browser Image Processing

For NexoPixel's current browser-based image tools (including single-image and batch resize, compression, target-file-size optimization, and format conversion), image processing happens locally on your device inside your web browser.

The images you select or drag into the workspace are decoded and transformed using your browser's native HTML5 Canvas, OffscreenCanvas, and Web Worker APIs. Your image files are not uploaded to, stored on, or inspected by NexoPixel servers.

2. Temporary Browser Memory & Local Storage

When you work with images in NexoPixel, your browser creates temporary in-memory object URLs (`blob:` URLs) and image bitmaps so you can preview and download your processed files. These temporary references exist only in your device's volatile memory and are released when you remove files, clear the workspace, or close the browser tab.

NexoPixel does not currently store your images or personal data in persistent browser storage (`localStorage`, `sessionStorage`, or `IndexedDB`), nor does the application set tracking cookies by default.

3. No User Accounts or Payment Data

NexoPixel does not currently require user registration, accounts, or logins, and does not collect names, passwords, or payment card details.

4. Standard Web Hosting & Technical Logs

Like any public website, when your browser requests web pages and static assets (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and icons) from our hosting infrastructure, standard technical connection metadata—such as your IP address, browser user-agent string, referring URL, and timestamp—may be processed in routine server access logs for security, reliability, and content delivery. These standard web requests never include the contents of the image files you process locally in the workspace.

5. Analytics & Future Services

NexoPixel does not currently load third-party behavioral advertising trackers. If lightweight traffic analytics or advertising services are enabled in future updates to help measure aggregate page usage or support free access to the tools, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly and any required regional consent controls will be provided. Even if aggregate page analytics are used in the future, your local image files inside the browser workspace are not transmitted to analytics providers.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect technical or operational changes. Any updates will be posted on this page with an updated revision date at the top.
